摘 要:随着现代船舶的大型化、智能化、自动化水平不断提升,对船舶机电类人才管理和维护现代船舶自动化设备提出了更高的要求。“机舱自动化”课程是培养轮机工程专业学生掌握现代船舶自动化设备的关键课程,其教学效果对能否发挥现代船舶的性能起到至关重要的作用。针对“机舱自动化”课程教学现状,分别从教学内容、教学方法和手段、考核和评价三个维度进行教学改革的探究和分析,提出以培养学生岗位任职能力为鲜明指向的教学改革方案,力争实现岗位任职培养和自动化设备管理需求的无缝衔接。With the continuous improvements of modern ships’large scale,intelligence and automation level,higher requirements are put forward for the management of the marine mechanical and electrical talents and the maintenance of modern ship automation equipment.The Automation of Engine Room course is a key course to train the marine engineering majors to master the modern ship automation equipment.Its teaching effect played a vital role in exerting the performance of modern ship.In view of the current teaching status of the course,the teaching reform is explored and analyzed from the three dimensions of the teaching content,the teaching methods and means,and the assessment and evaluation.The teaching reform plan focused on training students’post competency is put forward,which strives to realize the seamless connection between the post competency cultivation and the requirements for automation equipment management.
