后疫情时代“横纵结合”本科生企业实习模式探索

摘　　要：在新工科建设要求背景下,传统单一的线下实训与新冠肺炎疫情期间单一的线上调研实习存在各自的缺陷,探索适合后疫情时代线上调研与线下实训相结合的“横纵结合”本科生企业实习模式非常必要。这种兼具横向行业跨越宽度和纵向专业了解深度的本科生企业实习模式,能够有效提高学生的企业认知实习效果,有利于培养学生综合分析解决问题的能力及勇于创新的精神,也适用于其他工科专业。Under the background of“emerging engineering education”construction,the traditional single offline practice training and the single online research practice during the COVID-19 pandemic have their own defects.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the training mode of“combined horizontal and vertical practice”in enterprises for undergraduates,which is suitable for combining online research and offline practice training in the post-pandemic era.Results show that this combined horizontal and vertical practice training mode,which spans both the width of horizontal industries and the depth of vertical professional knowledge understanding,can effectively improve students’cognition of enterprises.This combined horizontal and vertical practice training mode is beneficial to cultivate students’comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems independently and their spirit of innovation,which can be applied in other engineering majors.
