摘　　要：分子生态学实验是分子生态学教学的重要组成部分。目前分子生态学实验教学中存在实验体系不合理、实验教学模式单一和实验教学资源不足的问题。为了解决目前实验教学中存在的问题,提高学生的实验动手能力、解决实际问题能力和创新思维能力,对分子生态学实验教学内容、实验教学方法、成绩评定方式和教学资源使用等进行了一系列改革和探索。通过教学改革激发了学生学习的主观能动性,增强了学生综合运用知识解决实际问题的能力和创新能力,有效地提升了“分子生态学”实验教学效果。Molecular ecology experiments are an important component of Molecular Ecology teaching.At present,there are many problems in the teaching of Molecular Ecology experiments,such as the unreasonable experiment system,the single experiment teaching mode,and the insufficient experiment teaching resources,etc.In order to solve the existing problems in the current experiment teaching,improve students’practical ability,problem-solving ability and innovative thinking ability,a series of reforms and explorations have been conducted on the experiment teaching contents,the experiment teaching methods,the performance evaluation methods and the sharing of teaching resources.The teaching reform has stimulated students’subjective initiative in learning,enhanced their ability to comprehensively use knowledge to solve practical problems and their innovation ability,which has effectively improved the experiment teaching effect of Molecular Ecology course.
