高校辅导员工作-家庭冲突、职业压力与睡眠质量的关系

摘　　要：目的:探究高校辅导员的睡眠质量及相关影响因素。方法:选取广东、河北、陕西、湖南4省9所高校的303名辅导员,使用阿森斯失眠量表、职业压力问卷和工作-家庭冲突问卷进行调查。结果:有179(59.08%)名辅导员存在失眠;不同工龄辅导员组间的失眠检出率具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.08,P<0.01);失眠组辅导员在职业压力、工作影响家庭和家庭影响工作上的得分高于无失眠组(t=7.68,8.42,6.45;P<0.01);工作-家庭冲突和职业压力可以预测高校辅导员的睡眠质量,共解释睡眠质量变异量的37%。结论:高校辅导员的失眠检出率较高;工作-家庭冲突和职业压力是高校辅导员睡眠出现问题的风险性因素。Objective:To explore the sleep quality and related factors of university instructors.Methods:A total of 303 university instructors from 9 universities in Guangdong, Hebei, Hunan and Shanxi provinces were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using Athens Insomnia Scale, Bi-directional Scale of Work-family Conflict Questionnaire and Occupational Stress Questionnaire.Results:A total of 179(59.08%)university instructors reported insomnia.There were statistically significant differences in the detection rate of insomnia among the groups of working ages(χ^(2)=11.08,P<0.01).The scores of occupational stress, work interfering with family and family interfering with work in the insomnia group were higher than those in the non-insomnia group(t=7.68,8.42,6.45;P<0.01).Work-family conflict andoccupational stress could predict sleep quality of university instructors,and explain 37%of the variation of sleep quality.Conclusion:The insomnia detection rate of university instructors is high.Work-family conflict and occupational stress are the risk factors of university instructors’ sleep quality.
