艾司唑仑联合认知行为治疗对精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍受救助患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:通过研究艾司唑仑联合认知行为治疗对精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍受救助患者的疗效,为临床提供一定的参考价值。方法:选取80例精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍受救助患者,对照组给予艾司唑仑,观察组给予艾司唑仑联合认知行为治疗,比较两组患者的睡眠质量、症状程度及认知功能。结果:治疗后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);精神分裂症认知功能测验(MCCB)评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾司唑仑联合认知行为治疗在精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍患者中的疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量,重建正确的认知观念,提高生活质量和社会功能。Objective To study the effect of Estazolam combined with cognitive behavior therapy on schizophrenia patients with sleep disorders,and to provide a certain reference value for clinical practice.Method 80 patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders were selected.The control group was treated with estazolam,and the observation group was treated with estazolam combined with cognitive behavior therapy.The sleep quality,symptom degree and cognitive function of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of cognitive function test(MCCB)in schizophrenia group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Estazolam combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in schizophrenia patients with sleep disorders has significant effect,which can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,reconstruct the correct cognitive concept,and improve the quality of life and social function.
