摘 要:目的:探讨石河子地区甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的发生与ABO血型的关系。方法:回顾性分析行手术治疗后病理报告为PTC的患者ABO血型,与同期入院非恶性肿瘤的1375例患者ABO血型分布进行比较,分析各ABO血型发生PTC的相对危险度。结果:PTC组患者血型分布特点是O(34.2%)>B(33.0%)>A(24.1%)>AB(8.7%),与对照组血型构成比相比,PTC组的A型血低于对照组(31.6%),O型血高于对照组(29.1%)(P均<0.05);PTC组的B型血和AB型血和对照组(B型29.7%,AB型9.7%)相比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);非条件Logistic回归分析显示A血型患者患PTC的相对危险度低于其他血型者(P<0.05,OR=0.737,95%CI=0.570~0.953)。结论:石河子地区PTC发病与ABO血型有关,A型血人群患PTC的风险性较低。Objective To investigate the relationship between the occurrence of papillary thyroid carcinoma and ABO blood type in Shihezi area.Method Retrospective analysis was performed on ABO blood groups of patients with PTC reported by postoperative pathology after surgical treatment.The ABOblood group distribution was compared with that of 1375 patients admitted to hospital with non-malignant tumor during the same period,and the relative risk of PTC of each ABO blood group was analyzed.Results The blood type distribution characteristics of patients in the PTC group were O(34.2%)>B(33.0%)>A(24.1%)>AB(8.7%),which was significantly different from the blood type composition of the control group(P<0.05);unconditional Logistic Regression analysis showed that the relative risk of PTC in patients with blood type A was lower than that of other blood types(P<0.05,OR=0.737,95%CI=0.570~0.953).Conclusion The incidence of PTC in Shihezi area is related to ABO blood type.People with blood type A have a lower risk of PTC.
