摘　　要：目的:探讨认知行为疗法对白内障手术患者焦虑的效果。方法:将2019年3~8月在福建医科大学附属漳州市医院眼科进行白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术的88例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为试验组43例和对照组45例。对照组给予常规术前护理,试验组在常规术前护理的基础上进行认知行为疗法干预,比较两组入科2 h内和术前2 h内心率、血压、焦虑的变化及手术配合程度。结果:入科2 h内两组患者心率、血压、焦虑评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前2 h内试验组心率、血压、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术配合度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:认知行为疗法能够降低白内障手术患者的焦虑,降低患者的心率和血压。Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavior therapy among patients with anxiety before cataract surgery.Method A total of 88 patients receiving cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were selected and divided into the intervention group(n=43)and the control group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group received conventional preoperative nursing,and the intervention group received the cognitive behavior therapy besides conventional preoperative nursing.The level of heart rate,blood pressure,anxiety and operative cooperation were compared between groups at the time of 2 hours after admission and 2 hours before the operation.Results The level of heart rate,blood pressure,anxiety at the time of 2 hours after admission had no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05).Two hours before the operation,heart rate,blood pressure and the score of anxiety in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Operative cooperation between groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The cognitive behavior therapy can reduce anxiety level,slow down heart rate and blood pressure for patients with cataract surgery.
