摘 要:随着大数据与高等教育的深入融合发展,大数据技术为高校教学带来了信息共享和技术革新的同时,也给承担实际教学任务的地方本科高校教师带来了新的挑战。通过阐述大数据时代地方本科高校教师教学能力的构成要素,在正确理解各个要素的内涵及外延的基础上,提出通过建立健全相关的教育政策、完善大数据时代的教师培训体系和评价体系、探索实施精准教学策略等措施,从政府、高校、教师层面系统地构建了大数据时代地方本科高校教师教学能力提升机制,以更好地提升其整体教学能力,推进大数据时代地方本科高校的发展。With the in-depth deep integration and development of big data and higher education,big data technology not only has brought information sharing and technological innovation to college teaching,but also has brought new challenges to local undergraduate college teachers.By elaborating the components of the teaching ability of local undergraduate college teachers in the era of big data,and on the basis of correctly understanding the connotation and extension of each element,this paper proposes systematically constructing teaching ability promotion mechanism from such three levels of government,colleges and universities through establishing and improving relevant educational policies,perfecting the teacher training system and evaluation and exploring implementation of precise teaching strategies and other measures,so as to better improve their overall teaching ability and promote the development of local undergraduate colleges and universities in the era of big data.
