摘  要:行政管理专业开展课程思政教学改革能够创新教学理念,促进融合发展,并有利于突显专业特色,具有综合价值。课程思政教学改革在理解层面、内容层面、行动层面和方式层面上都对行政管理专业建设提出了明确的要求。为实现这些要求,必须制定知识与价值高度融合的培养方案,组织专业课教师与思政教师协同备课,完善聚焦人才培养效果的教学评价体系,并构建全方位的目标动态监测系统。Carrying out ideological and political teaching in administrative management courses can innovate teaching ideas,promote integrated development,and help highlight specialty characteristics,and is therefore of comprehensive value.The reform of curriculum ideological and political teaching has put forward clear requirements for the construction of administrative management specialty in the aspects of understanding,content,action and mode.In order to meet these requirements,it is necessary to formulate a training program with high integration of knowledge and value,organize teachers of specialized courses and ideological and political teachers to prepare lessons together,improve the teaching evaluation system focusing on the effect of talent training,and build an omni-dimensional target-dynamic monitoring system.
