摘　　要：文中分析了起重机钢丝绳卷筒跳槽的系列原因,列举了钢丝绳跳槽后所导致的主要后果,从设计资料方面说明了相关防跳槽技术设计内容,介绍了圆环式导绳器、防脱护挡、对轮组导绳器及辊式压绳器等现有技术,总结了防跳槽装置设计考虑因素,为卷筒钢丝绳防跳槽设计提供了参考。In this paper,a series of reasons for skip of crane wire rope drums are analyzed,and the main consequences after skip are listed.The related skip prevention technologies are explained from the design data,and the existing technologies such as ring-shaped rope guide,anti-slipping guard,rope guide of wheel set and roller rope presser are introduced.The factors that need to be considered in the design of skip prevention devices are summarized,which provides a reference for the skip prevention design of drum wire ropes.
