摘　　要：鉴于除市场需求以及企业间市场竞争的驱动外,企业绿色技术转型还受到来自政府部门政策的助推,为揭示企业绿色技术转型的作用机制,构建一个多阶段多寡头博弈模型,设计一个政府部门相机行动策略,研究企业在市场需求、市场竞争以及政府政策三方面作用下的绿色技术转型决策机制。结果表明:绿色市场需求是企业发生绿色技术转型的主要驱动力,在绿色技术不能完全代替传统技术时,生产率水平较低的企业更容易发生绿色技术转型;政府采取相机行动策略有助于激励更多企业实施绿色技术转型。因此,对于促进传统制造业企业绿色技术转型这一由市场上多参与主体以及政府部门之间动态协调的过程,从企业进行技术转型决策和政府政策制定调整两方面提出相关建议。Due to the fact that in addition to the market demand and market competition among enterprises,the transformation of enterprises’green technology is also boosted by government policies,to reveal the transformation mechanism of enterprises’green technology,this paper constructs a multi-stage multi-oligopoly game model and designs a government’s contingent strategy to study the green technology transformation decision-making mechanism of enterprises under the influence of market demand,market competition,and government policy.The results show that the demand for green markets is the main driving force for the transformation of green technologies in enterprises,and an enterprise with lower productivity is more likely to choose green technology transformation when green technologies cannot completely replace traditional technologies;government contingent strategies help encourage more enterprises to undergo a green technology transformation.Therefore,for promoting green technology transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises,which is a process of dynamic coordination between multiple participants in the market and government departments,corresponding suggestions are proposed from the aspects of both the enterprise technology transformation decision-making and government policy adjustment.
