R&D资源配置扭曲对省域创新绩效的影响研究——基于研发模式与企业家精神的调节作用

摘　　要：本文引入超越对数形式生产函数,利用中国30个省份规模以上工业企业2009—2020年面板数据,从理论层面论证了R&D资源配置扭曲对省域创新绩效的影响路径,并剖析了研发模式与企业家精神对二者关系的调节作用。研究发现:R&D资源配置扭曲对省域创新绩效并非只有负面影响,在经济发展的不同阶段其影响机制不同;R&D人员配置扭曲、R&D资本配置扭曲对省域创新绩效的影响曲线分别是倒U形曲线和正U形曲线,且现阶段两者对省域创新绩效的作用都是正向影响;研发模式与企业家精神在R&D资源配置扭曲与省域创新绩效关系间存在显著的调节效应。The paper introduces a transcendental logarithmic production function and use panel data of industrial companies with annual revenue of more than 20 million Yuan in 30 provinces of China from 2009 to 2020,to demonstrate the influence path of R&D resource allocation distortion on provincial innovation performance at the theoretical level,and analyze the moderating effect of R&D mode and entrepreneurship.The research finds that distortion of R&D resource allocation not just negatively affects provincial innovation performance,it has different influence mechanisms at different stages of economic development;the influence curve of R&D personnel allocation distortion and R&D capital allocation distortion on provincial innovation performance show an inverted U-shaped curve and a positive U-shaped curve respectively,and the effects of both on provincial innovation performance are in an upward stage at present;R&D mode and entrepreneurship have a significant moderating effect on the distortion of R&D resource allocation and provincial innovation performance.
