摘 要:目的探讨STAT-3与Bcl-2在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选择2015年1月—12月在我院接受切除手术的胃癌患者100例,收集其癌组织及对应的癌旁组织石蜡标本。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测标本中STAT-3和Bcl-2的表达,分析STAT-3和Bcl-2与临床病理特征的关系,分析STAT-3和Bcl-2对预后的影响。结果STAT-3和Bcl-2在胃癌组织中的阳性率(73.00%、62.00%)均高于癌旁组织(12.00%、20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。STAT-3的阳性表达与胃癌患者的侵袭深度、组织学分型、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);Bcl-2的阳性表达与胃癌患者的侵袭深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、组织学分型、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。STAT-3与Bcl-2在胃癌组织中的表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。STAT-3的阳性表达与胃癌患者的生存时间有关(P<0.05),Bcl-2的阳性表达与胃癌患者的生存时间无关(P>0.05)。结论STAT-3和Bcl-2在胃癌组织中均呈高表达,均与胃癌的发生和发展密切相关,检测其表达水平可为胃癌患者的病情评估、临床诊疗及预后提供一定的理论指导。Objective To investigate the expression of STAT-3 and Bcl-2 in gastric cancer and their relationships with clinicopathological features.Methods One hundred gastric cancer patients who underwent resection in our hospital between January 2015 and December 2015 were selected in this study.Their paraffin samples of cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues were collected.The expression of STAT-3 and Bcl-2 in the tissue samples were detected by immunochemical staining method.Analyze the relationship between the expression of STAT-3 and Bcl-2 and clinicopathological characteristics,as well as the influence of STAT-3 and Bcl-2 on the prognosis of patients.Results The positive rates of STAT-3 and Bcl-2 in gastric cancer tissues(73.00%,62.00%)were higher than those in adjacent tissues(12.00%,20.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The positive expression of STAT-3 was related to the invasion depth,histological type,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but was not to gender,age and tumor size(P>0.05).The positive expression of Bcl-2 was related to invasion depth,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but was not to gender,age,histological type and tumor size(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of STAT-3 and Bcl-2 in gastric cancer(P<0.05).The positive expression of STAT-3 was related to the survival time of gastric cancer patients(P<0.05),while the positive expression of Bcl-2 had no relation to the survival time of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Both STAT-3 and Bcl-2 were highly expressed in gastric cancer,and both were closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Monitoring the expression levels of STAT-3 and Bcl-2 may provide some supports for the disease evaluation,clinical diagnosis and treatment,and prognosis of gastric cancer.
