摘　　要：目的:探析国内外乡村医生培训相关研究的发表特征和研究热点。方法:系统检索中外文数据库,采用BICOMS-2软件对信息进行提取整理,使用NetDraw生成作者的社会网络图,分析研究合作现状,采用VOS viewer对关键词进行聚类分析,分析当前研究热点。结果:1606篇相关研究最终纳入文献计量学分析。1954年第一篇研究文献发表,自2010年国内外相关文献的发表量迅速增长,研究发表于580种期刊,共计74个国家的4934名作者参与相关研究。中文研究主题主要为乡村医生培训的需求、效果和现状,英文研究主题还关注了乡村医生培训的理论体系和初级卫生保健。结论:未来研究尤需针对乡村医生培训实践开展相关理论体系的深入研究,加强研究团队合作,不断推动乡村医生培训制度的完善及可持续发展。Objective To analyze the publication characteristics and research hotspots of domestic and foreign relevant researches on rural doctors training.Methods Chinese and foreign databases were systematically searched,and analyzed with software of BICOMS-2,NetDraw and VOS viewer.Results 1606 related studies were finally included in the bibliometric analysis,in which the first literature was published in 1954.Since 2010,the number of related literature published at home and abroad has increased rapidly.The research has been published in 580 journals,including 4934 authors from 74 countries.The topics of Chinese research mainly focused on the needs,effect and status of rural doctors training,while the foreign research topics also focus on the theoretical system of rural doctors training and primary health care.Conclusion In future research,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on related theoretical system for rural doctor training practices,strengthen research team cooperation,and continuously promote the improvement and sustainable development of the rural doctor training system.
