摘　　要：目的:医学生不仅应学会自我心理疏导,在未来职业中还应帮助无数患者渡过生死问题难关,医学院校开展生死心理教育意义重大。本研究通过调查医学院校学生的死亡焦虑及其生命意义感现状,为制定生死心理教育方案提供参考。方法:采用死亡焦虑量表及生命意义感量表对某医学院校学生进行调查。运用SPSS 23.0软件进行数据的独立样本t检验和多元逐步回归。结果:回收有效问卷535份,被调研学生的死亡焦虑量表总分为(43.74±8.10),461人(86.2%)存在高死亡焦虑(>35分),情感维度得分最高(3.31±0.63);生命意义感总分为(26.57±7.44),生命的意义维度得分最低(1.96±0.59);多元逐步回归分析显示意志自由、生命的意义、生源地进入回归方程(P<0.05)。结论:被调查医学生的死亡焦虑水平较高,而生命意义感较低,应有的放矢地开展生死心理教育和心理疏导,增强医学生的意志自由和生命意义感,共同抵御内外环境压力给校园造成的死亡焦虑情绪和心理危机。Objective To investigate the status of death anxiety and life meaning among medical college students,and provide reference for the development of life and death education programs.Methods Students of one medical university were investigated using the Death Anxiety Scale and Meaning in Life Scale.SPSS 23.0 software was used for data analysis.Results A total of 535 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The total score of the death anxiety scale was(43.74±8.10).461 students(86.2%)had high death anxiety(>35 points)and the highest score of emotional dimension(3.31±0.63).The total score of sense of life meaning was(26.57±7.44),and the score of life meaning dimension was the lowest(1.96±0.59).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that three dimensions of freedom of will,meaning of life,and origin of student were independent risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Students of the medical college showed higher level of death anxiety and lower level of life meaning sense.It is necessary to actively carry out life and death education and psychological counseling,and jointly resist the death anxiety and psychological crisis on campus caused by all kinds of pressures.
