摘  要:建立糖果中D-甘露糖醇的离子色谱-脉冲安培定量分析方法。使用Dionex CarboPac^(TM) MA1 BioLC^(TM)(4×250 mm)色谱柱,流速为0.45 mL/min下,采用500 mmol/L氢氧化钠溶液等度洗脱。D-甘露糖醇的质量浓度在1.0~10μg/mL范围内与其峰面积呈现出良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995。方法的检出限为0.00033%,定量限为0.001%。不同类型的糖果样品在0.001%,0.002%,0.005%3个添加水平下,方法回收率为77.8%~117.9%,相对标准偏差为1.77%~9.41%。方法操作简便、灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于糖果中D-甘露糖醇的检测,可以为糖果中D-甘露糖醇的风险评估、批量快速检测提供技术支持。A quantitative analysis method was established by ion chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection for the determination of D-mannitol in candies.D-mannitol in the sample was separated on Dionex CarboPac^(TM) MA1 BioLC^(TM) column(4×250 mm)by isocratic elution with 500 mmol/L NaOH solution at the flow rate of 0.45 mL/min.Within the range of 1.0~10μg/mL mass concentration of D-mannitol,its peak area shows good linear relation with the correlation coefficient of 0.9995.The limit of detection is 0.00033%,and the limit of quantification is 0.001%.The recoveries were in the range of 77.8%~117.9% with relative standard deviations falling in the range of 1.77%~9.41% at three spiked levels of 0.001%,0.002% and 0.005%.The method features simple operation,high sensitivity and good stability,thus it is suitable for determination of D-mannitol in candies,it can provide technical support for risk assessment and batch rapid detection of D-mannitol in candies.
