摘  要:目的:通过医教协同模式,改革护理教学体系,提高护生的岗位胜任力,培养应用型护理人才。方法:采用方便抽样法抽取本院护理专业2017级1班和2班为实验组(82例),3班和4班为对照组(91例)。对照组实施传统的教学,实验组采用“医教协同”模式教学,比较两组学生护理岗位胜任力、期末考试成绩、护考通过率和就业情况。结果:实验组在期末考试成绩、护理岗位胜任力、护考通过率和就业率均显著高于对照组,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医教协同模式下,护理应用型人才培养教学的改革不仅提高了学生的学习成绩和护考通过率,还提高了学生护理岗位胜任力和就业率。Objective:To reform the nursing teaching system,improve the post competence of nursing students and cultivate applied nursing talents through the collaborative mode of medical education.Methods:Convenient sampling method was used to select class 1 and class 2 of 2017 nursing major in our hospital as the experimental group(n=82),and class 3 and class 4 as the control group(n=91).The experimental group was taught in the mode of“medical teaching cooperation”,and the control group was taught in the traditional mode.The nursing post competency,final examination results,nursing examination passing rate and employment of the two groups were compared.Results:The final examination results,nursing post competency,nursing examination passing rate and employment rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the collaborative mode of medicine and education,the reform of nursing application-oriented talent training and teaching not only improves the students’academic performance and passing rate of nursing examination,but also improves the students’nursing post competency and employment rate.
