摘 要:为获得具有优良气动性能且兼具结构强度的风力机翼型,以运行攻角下升阻比与截面扭转惯性矩最优为目标函数,利用遗传算法对翼型进行优化设计,提出一种兼顾气动与结构特性的翼型设计方法。通过Bezier曲线表征翼型几何轮廓,采用CFD方法求解翼型气动力,利用Matlab编写程序获得翼型结构特性;建立Kriging代理模型减少CFD计算次数,并采用拉丁超立方采样和EI加点相结合的方式提高优化效率。将优化翼型与风力机翼型NACA64618对比分析,结果表明:优化翼型在运行攻角范围内具有更佳的气动性能,且优化后叶片的摆振位移与叶尖扭转角分别减小23.446%与17.544%。In order to obtain wind turbine airfoil with excellent aerodynamic performance and structural strength,the optimal lift-drag ratio and cross-section torsional moment of inertia at the operating angle of attack were taken as objective functions,and an airfoil design method combining aerodynamic and structural characteristics was proposed by using genetic algorithm.The geometric profile of the airfoil was characterized by Bezier curves.The aerodynamic force of the airfoil was solved by CFD method.The structural characteristics of the airfoil were obtained by programming with Matlab.The Kriging surrogate model was established to reduce the computational times of CFD,and the combination of Latin hypercube sampling and EI point was adopted to improve the optimization efficiency.The optimized airfoil was compared with the wind turbine airfoil NACA64618.The results show that the optimized airfoil has better aerodynamic performance within the range of operating angle of attack,and the flap-flick displacement and torsion angle of the optimized blade are reduced by 23.446%and 17.544%,respectively.
