摘 要:为保障单逆变器控制双表贴式永磁同步电机(surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor,SPMSM)在发生断相故障后系统的安全可靠运行,该文提出一种单逆变器表贴式双永磁同步电机系统绕组断相故障容错控制策略。首先根据断相后的电机电压电流关系,设计一种用于单逆变器双永磁同步电机的绕组断相故障容错拓扑。在此基础上,为保证双永磁同步电机系统稳定运行,利用端口电压调整策略,满足双永磁同步电机的拓扑约束。仿真和实验结果表明,所提容错控制策略可确保单逆变器控制双电机系统在某一电机发生断相故障时仍然稳定运行。In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the single-inverter dual surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)system when an open-phase fault occurs,a fault-tolerant control strategy for single-inverter dual SPMSM system was proposed.A fault tolerant topology was provided according to the voltage-current relationship of SPMSM under open-phase fault condition.To ensure the stable operation of the dual SPMSM system,a port voltage adjustment strategy was proposed to satisfy the topological constraints of dual SPMSMs.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed fault-tolerant control strategy can maintain operation stability of the single-inverter dual motor system when an open-phase fault occurs in one of the motors.
