摘  要:在高频、直流偏磁等非标准磁化条件下,电力变压器的铁心损耗显著增加,造成其性能恶化。为实现对高频、直流偏磁下铁磁材料动态磁滞特性与损耗的准确模拟,该文首先在静态J-A模型中引入直流磁密,推导得到适用于描述直流偏磁条件下铁磁材料磁滞特性的静态J-A修正模型;然后引入R-L型分数阶导数对高频条件下涡流场及涡流损耗表达式进行改进,考虑涡流与剩余损耗对高频条件下磁化物理机制的影响,建立动态J-A模型;最后引入模拟退火算法,以损耗计算值与实测值之间的均方根误差最小化作为优化算法的目标函数,辨识模型中阻尼系数与分数阶导数阶次的全局最优值。将动态J-A模型模拟的磁滞回线和损耗与实验数据进行对比,结果表明:对高频磁场叠加直流偏磁条件下磁滞回线面积模拟误差绝对值为7.84%,损耗预测的平均绝对误差为7.35%,验证该文所提方法的准确性。Under nonstandard magnetization conditions,such as high-frequency and DC bias,the core loss of power transformer increases significantly,resulting in its performance deterioration.In order to accurately simulate the dynamic hysteresis characteristics and loss of ferromagnetic materials under high-frequency and DC bias,this paper firstly introduced the DC flux density into the static J-A model,and deduced the modified static J-A model suitable for describing the magnetic characteristics of ferromagnetic materials under DC bias;then the R-L type fractional derivative was introduced to improve the expressions of eddy current field and loss under high-frequency condition.Considering the influence of eddy current and excess loss on the physical mechanism of magnetization at high-frequency,a dynamic J-A model was established.Finally,a simulated annealing algorithm was introduced to minimize the root mean square error between the calculated loss and the measured loss,which was regarded as the objective function of the optimization algorithm,and the global optimal values of damping coefficient and fractional derivative order in the model were extracted.Comparing the hysteresis loop and loss simulated by dynamic J-A model with the experimental data,the results show that the maximum simulation absolute value of error of hysteresis loop area is 7.84% and the average relative error of loss prediction is 7.35%.The average relative error of loss prediction is 7.35%under the condition of high-frequency magnetic field superimposed with DC bias,which verifies the accuracy of the proposed method.
