微信群访干预对子宫内膜化疗患者复诊率及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜癌化疗患者接受微信群随访干预措施对复诊状况及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2020年6月本院收治的68例子宫内膜癌化疗患者作为研究对象,以奇偶数法进行分组,分为对照组(采用常规干预)与实验组(采用微信群随访干预)两组,每组各34例。对比分析两组的心理状态、希望水平以及生活质量,观察复诊与预后情况,统计自我护理能力与中远期并发症发生率。结果在汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、成人素质希望量表(ADHS)评分以及生活质量评分上,实验组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在复诊依从率上,实验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在阴道冲洗率、性生活恢复率以及阴道黏连发生率上,实验组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在健康知识、自护责任感、自护概念、自护技能以及总分上,实验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在中远期并发症发生率上,实验组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信群随访干预用于子宫内膜化疗的干预效果理想,对于心理状态与生活质量的改善具有促进作用,可有效提升复诊依从性与自我护理能力,减少中远期并发症的发生,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective To analyze the effect of WeChat group follow-up intervention on the subsequent visit status and quality of life of endometrial cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 68 patients suffered with endometrial cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group(routine intervention,n=34)and experimental group(WeChat group follow-up intervention,n=34),according to the odd and even of number.The psychological status,hope level and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed,follow-up visits and prognosis were observed,and self-care ability and the incidence of mid-and long-term complications were counted.Results The HAMA score,HAMD score,ADHS score and quality of life score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the follow-up compliance rate,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in the rate of vaginal irrigation,recovery rate of sexual life and incidence of vaginal adhesion(P<0.05).In terms of health knowledge,self-care responsibility,self-care concept,self-care skills,and total score,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of mid-and long-term complications was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat group follow-up intervention for endometrial cancer chemotherapy has an ideal intervention effect.It performs a promoting effect on the improvement of mental state and quality of life.It could effectively improve follow-up compliance and self-care ability,reduce the occurrence of mid-and long-term complications,and could further been clinically promoted and applied.
