摘 要:硒是动物机体不可或缺的微量元素之一,具有提高机体抵抗力和抗氧化能力及改善机体代谢等生物学功能,硒生物学功能的发挥依赖硒蛋白的参与。笔者通过总结归纳硒在蛋鸡营养中的应用研究,发现硒可不同程度地提高蛋鸡的抗氧化能力、生产性能、蛋品质,并且可改善蛋鸡脂类代谢和提高蛋鸡免疫力等,同时阐述了硒蛋白如何参与机体抗氧化、物质代谢、免疫应答等过程,为硒在蛋鸡生产中的应用及深入研究提供理论参考。Selenium is one of the indispensable trace elements in animal body, which has biological functions such as improving body resistance, anti-oxidation and improving metabolism. The biological function of selenium is mainly performed by selenoproteins. The application of selenium in the nutrition of laying hens was summarized in the thesis.It was found that selenium could improve antioxidant performance, production performance, egg quality, lipid metabolism and immunity of laying hens.In addition, how selenoprotein participated in the process of antioxidant, substance metabolism and immune response of the body was expounded, which provided theoretical reference for the application and further study of selenium in the production of laying hens.
