区域高技术产业创新环境组态研究——基于模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)

摘　　要：针对影响区域高技术产业发展的创新环境因素,从政府、市场和产业三个层面构建影响区域高技术产业发展的前因要素组态,包括政府支持度、市场活跃程度、市场开放程度、内部经济状况、创新重视程度。以中国27个省份高技术产业为研究对象,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),从组态视角分析创新环境组态对区域高技术产业绩效的影响,得到导致区域高技术产业高绩效和低绩效的创新环境前因条件组合,以及不同创新环境要素变量间的互补性、替代性。结果发现,三条高绩效路径中,市场开放程度和创新重视程度为核心条件,并且市场活跃程度和政府支持度、政府支持度和内部经济状况之间具有互补性和替代性;三条低绩效路径中,主要是缺失核心条件市场开放程度或创新重视程度以及边缘条件市场活跃程度。Aiming at the factors of innovation environment that affect the development of regional high-tech industry,this paper constructs a model of antecedent factors that affect the development of regional high-tech industry from three levels of government, market and industry, including government support, market activity, market opening,internal economic situation, and innovation emphasis. Taking high-tech industries in 27 provinces of China as the research object, and using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA) to analyze the impact of innovation environment configuration on regional high-tech industry from the perspective of configuration, the combination of innovation environment antecedent conditions leading to high performance and low performance of high-tech industry is obtained, as well as the complementarity and substitution of different innovation environment factors. The results show that: in the three high performance paths, market openness and innovation emphasis are the core conditions, and market competition and government support, government support and internal economic conditions are complementary and alternative;in the three low performance paths, the main factors are the lack of core market openness or innovation emphasis, and marginal condition market activity.
