摘　　要：通过总结提炼国内外信息化和软件服务业标准化发展现状与趋势,设计构建我国的信息化和软件服务业标准应用推广体系框架,总结提炼信息化和软件服务业标准应用推广的五大典型模式,即政府引导模式、标委会组织模式、行业协会推动模式、示范区带动模式和龙头企业主导模式,进一步明确大数据、云计算、软件、工业互联网及数字化转型等未来信息化和软件服务业标准应用推广的重点方向,提出标准应用推广对策建议,为落实国家标准化发展战略、强化标准对信息和软件服务业的引领作用提供参考。By summarizing and refining the development status and trends of informatization and software service industry standardization at home and abroad, it designs and constructs the standard application and promotion system framework of China’s informatization and software service industry, summarizes and refines five typical models of informatization and software service industry standard application and promotion, namely government guidance model, bid committee organization model, industry association promotion model, demonstration zone driven model and leading enterprise-led model, further clarifies the key directions of future informatization and software service industry standard application and promotion, such as big data, cloud computing, software, industrial Internet and digital transformation, those can provide reference for implementing the national standardization development strategy and strengthening tthe leading role of standardization impact on informatization and software service industry.
