摘 要:为了研究内生真菌侵染对结实期布顿大麦纤维和粗脂肪含量的影响,为布顿大麦的进一步合理利用提供理论支撑,试验以结实期侵染Epichloe属内生真菌(E+)的布顿大麦和未侵染(E-)的布顿大麦为研究对象,分别在50,100,150,200 mmol/L的混合碱中处理21 d,比较碱胁迫下E+、E-布顿大麦植株纤维和粗脂肪的差异。结果表明:随着碱浓度的升高,布顿大麦植株茎叶和根的粗纤维(CF)含量呈现增高趋势,除对照外E-布顿大麦植株茎叶和根的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量也呈现增高的趋势。碱胁迫下各处理E+植株茎叶和根的NDF、ADF、CF、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)含量低于E-植株,两者茎叶和根的粗脂肪(EE)含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。内生真菌显著影响布顿大麦茎叶和根的NDF、ADF、ADL含量(P<0.05),碱处理显著影响布顿大麦茎叶和根的NDF、ADF、CF含量(P<0.05),碱处理和内生真菌互作显著影响布顿大麦茎叶NDF、ADF含量和根ADL含量(P<0.05)。说明碱胁迫下内生真菌可以降低布顿大麦的纤维含量,有利于提高该草在食草家畜中的消化率。In order to study the influence of endophytic fungal infection on the fiber and crude fat of Hordeum bogdanii during the grain setting period and to provide theoretical support for the further rational use of the grass,in the experiment,the Hordeum bogdanii infected(E+)and uninfected(E-)with Epichloeendophytic fungi at the grain setting period were used as research objects.They were treated with 50,100,150,and 200 mmol/L mixed alkali for 21 days.The difference of fiber and crude fat between E+and E-plants under alkali stress were compared.The results showed that the content of crude fiber(CF)in stems,leaves and roots of Hordeum bogdanii increased with the increase of alkali concentration,in addition to the control group,the contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in stems,leaves and roots of E-Hordeum bogdanii plants also showed an increasing trend.The contents of NDF,ADF,CF and acid detergent lignin(ADL)in stems,leaves and roots of E+plants were lower than those of E-plants under alkali stress,but there was no significant difference in the content of crude fat(EE)in the stems,leaves and roots between the two plants(P>0.05).Endophytic fungi significantly affected the contents of NDF,ADF and ADL in stems,leaves and roots of Hordeum bogdanii(P<0.05).Alkali treatment significantly affected NDF,ADF and CF contents in stems,leaves and roots of Hordeum bogdanii(P<0.05).The interaction between alkali treatment and endophytic fungi significantly affected the NDF,ADF contents in the stems and leaves and the ADL content in the roots of Hordeum bogdanii(P<0.05).The results indicated that endophytic fungi could reduce the fiber content of Hordeum bogdanii under alkali stress,which was beneficial to improve the digestibility of the grass in herbivorous livestock.
