摘 要:通过功能性力量训练与传统力量训练的理念、机制、预防运动损伤、运动项目应用等方面的针对性对比分析,发现对比方向不同,优势点各不相同,各有利弊。传统力量训练可以满足肌肉的饱和度,优化身体线条,但是长久的传统力量训练会导致力量不协调;功能性训练可以强化深层肌群和核心肌群,加强身体的灵敏性、协调性及柔韧性;在实际训练中将两者有机组合,才能达到最佳的训练效果。Through the targeted comparative analysis of functional strength training and traditional strength training in terms of concept,mechanism,prevention of sports injuries,and application of sports items,it is found that the comparison direction and the strengths are different with relative advantages and disadvantages.Traditional strength training can satisfy muscle saturation and optimize body lines,but long-term traditional strength training will lead to strength incoordination.Functional training can strengthen deep muscle groups and core muscle groups,and enhance the body’s sensitivity,coordination and flexibility.In the actual training,the organic combination of the two can achieve the best training effect.
