摘　　要：目的通过分析舌部良性病变的MRI表现,提高MRI对舌部良性病变的诊断。方法选取并分析手术病理证实的43例舌部病变患者术前MRI及临床资料。结果43例患者,其中血管瘤7例,T_(2)WI见流空信号;炎性病变11例,呈斑片状长T_(2)信号;乳头状瘤及良性增生共4例,呈多发斑点状或团块状等T_(1)长T_(2)信号;囊肿及囊肿样病变共16例,多位于口底的长T_(1)长T_(2)信号;异位甲状腺2例,呈等T_(1)稍短T_(2)混杂信号;神经鞘瘤1例,呈T_(2)WI不均匀等高信号;脂肪瘤1例,压脂序列呈低信号;淀粉样变性1例。结论MRI检查对于舌部良性病变的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。Objective To improve the MRI diagnosis value of benign tongue lesions for analyzing MRI manifestations.Methods Preoperative MRI images and clinical data of 43 patients with tongue lesions confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 43 patients.Among them,7 cases were hemangioma,in which flow signal on T_(2)WI were seen.A total of 11 cases were inflammatory lesions,showing patchy long T_(2) signal.4 cases of papilloma and benign hyperplasia showed multiple spots or clumps with equal T_(1) and long T_(2) signals.16 cases of cysts and cyst-like lesions,mostly located at the bottom of the mouth,showed long T_(1) long T_(2) signal;2 cases were ectopic thyroid,showing mixed signals of iso-T_(1) and slightly shorter T_(2) signal.Schwannoma was found in 1 case,presenting uneven isometric T_(2) signal.Lipoma was found in 1 case.Amyloidosis was also found in 1 case.Conclusion MRI is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign tongue lesions.
