摘 要:针对某款正在开发的天然气发动机第6缸爆压低的问题,进行了进气均匀性和进水均匀性的仿真计算。计算结果表明,原模型方案的各缸进气均匀性较好,但第6缸的进水量较大,进水均匀性是造成缸压不均匀的主要原因。优化后的新模型方案能显著减小第6缸的进水量,且仍然具有较好的进水均匀性。经过试验验证,新方案能提升第6缸的最大爆压,改善各缸的缸压均匀性。Aiming at the trouble of low peak fire pressure on the sixth cylinder of a natural gas engine,the simulation of the mixing uniformity and water intake uniformity simulation were carried out.The simulation results show that the mixing uniformity of each cylinder in the original proposal is good,but the water intake of the sixth cylinder is large,so the uniformity of water intake is the main reason to cause the poor uniformity of cylinder pressure.The new proposal can significantly reduce the water intake of the sixth cylinder and still has good mixing uniformity.The experimental results also show that the new proposal can increase the peak fire pressure of the sixth cylinder and improve the uniformity of cylinder pressure.
