摘  要:课程思政建设为医学院校英语教师的能力发展提供了前所未有的机遇,而当前很多院校教师的课程思政教学能力仍然有待提高。为构建科学有效的英语教师课程思政教学能力提升路径,医学院校英语教师应首先设定教学能力提升的知识目标和能力目标,然后从课程思政教学理念的掌握、教学方法运用、英语与课程思政元素融合等方面对自身的教学能力进行全面系统地提升,同时还要注意自我诊断和自我调整,让这一提升过程形成动态的循环。Construction of course-based ideological and political education provides an unprece-dented opportunity for the ability development of English teachers in medical colleges and univer-sities,but at present,the teaching ability of course-based ideological and political education of teachers still needs to be improved.In order to develop a scientific and effective path to improve English teachers'teaching ability,English teachers in medical colleges and universities should first set the knowledge goal and ability goal of improvement,and then comprehensively and systematically improve their teaching ability from the aspects of mastering the teaching concept of course-based ideological and political education,applying teaching method as well as integrating English into elements of course-based ideological and political education.Meanwhile,they should constantly reflect and adjust themselves to form a dynamic cycle in this promotion process.
