摘  要:化疗是恶性肿瘤常用的治疗手段之一,但化疗耐药严重制约了恶性肿瘤的治疗效果,导致治疗失败。长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)的失调表达不仅与多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,而且参与多种恶性肿瘤化疗耐药的形成。因此研究lncRNAs调控化疗耐药的机制,将有助于提高肿瘤化疗的效果,改善患者预后。本文将目前对lncRNAs介导肿瘤耐药相关机制的研究做一综述。Chemotherapy is one of the most important treatments for cancers,but drug resistance severely impedes the effect,leading to therapy failure.The dysregulated expression of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)is not only related to the occurrence and progression of a variety of cancers,but also involved in the development of cancer chemoresistance.Therefore,studying the mechanisms of lncRNAs regulating chemotherapy resistance will improve the chemotherapy effect and the prognosis of patients.In this paper,we will provide a brief review of the role of lncRNAs in cancer chemoresistance and the regulation mechanisms.
