摘　　要：针对我国航空类专业翻译人才短缺的问题,根据全国翻译专业学位研究生教育指导委员会对翻译硕士专业学位培养单位评估的指标体系,研究评估指标涵盖的47个主要观测点及合格标准,以全面质量管理(TQM)理论为指导,分析了国内航空特色MTI研究生的培养现状,构建了具有航空特色MTI教育质量保障体系,坚持“计划(Plan)→执行(Do)→检查(Check)→处理(Act)→计划(Plan)……”的循环方式,为保障提高我国航空企业高级翻译人才的培养质量提供依据。In view of the shortage of translators in aviation industry in China, this paper studies 47 observation points and their criteria for MTI education based on six primary indicators( or twenty secondary indicators) set by China National Committee for Translation and Interpreting Education to evaluate MTI education in domestic universities, analyses the current situation of MTI education with aviation characteristics in China and constructs an education quality assurance system for MTI with aviation characteristics from the perspective of Total Quality Management(TQM) theory. The system is based on the cycle of “Plan→Do→Check→Act→Plan...”, and also provides a basis for ensuring the quality of the professional, innovative and sophisticated translators needed by the aviation industry in China.
