摘 要:目的分析原发性肝细胞癌组织中核因子κB(NF-κB)、核仁蛋白14(NOP14)的表达及与临床特征的关系。方法收集92例原发性肝细胞癌患者的肿瘤组织及癌旁组织,检测NF-κB、NOP14的表达水平,并对NF-κB、NOP14与临床特征的相关性进行分析。结果肿瘤组织中NF-κB、NOP14相对表达量均明显高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。Ⅱ~Ⅲ期、有门静脉癌栓、有淋巴结转移、低分化原发性肝细胞癌患者的肿瘤组织中NF-κB、NOP14相对表达量均明显高于Ⅰ期、无门静脉癌栓、无淋巴结转移、中高分化原发性肝细胞癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。NF-κB、NOP14表达与原发性肝细胞癌患者TNM分期、门静脉癌栓、淋巴结转移及分化程度均呈正相关(P﹤0.01)。结论NF-κB、NOP14在原发性肝细胞癌组织中呈异常高表达;相关性研究发现NF-κB、NOP14表达水平变化与原发性肝细胞癌患者临床特征存在密切关联,在原发性肝细胞癌病理生理发生发展过程中起调节作用,检测NF-κB、NOP14表达水平对评估原发性肝细胞癌患者病情具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the expression of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)and nucleolar protein 14(NOP14)in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and their relationship with clinical characteristics.Method A total of 92 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma were collected from tumor tissues and adjacent tissues.The expression levels of NF-κB and NOP14 were detected,and the correlation between NF-κB and NOP14 with clinical characteristics were also analyzed.Result The relative expressions of NF-κB and NOP14 in tumor tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The relative expression levels of NF-κB and NOP14 in tumor tissue of primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients with stage II-III,portal vein tumor thrombus,lymph node metastasis,and poorly differentiated were significantly higher than those with stage I,no portal vein tumor thrombus,no lymph node metastasis,and moderately-to-well differentiated patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The expressions of NF-κB and NOP14 were positively correlated with TNM stage,portal vein tumor thrombus,lymph node metastasis,and differentiation degree in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(P<0.01).Conclusion NF-κB and NOP14 are abnormally up-regulation in primary hepatocellular carcinoma.The correlation study find that the changes in the expression levels of NF-κB and NOP14 are closely related to the clinical characteristics of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.They may play a regulatory role in the pathophysiological development of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Detection of NF-κB and NOP14 are great significance for evaluating the condition of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
