摘　　要：随着纺织服装产业的迅速发展,我国已经成为世界上最大的纺织服装生产和出口国,纺织行业的旺盛发展加快了对纺织经济人才的需求。以纺织经济人才培养体系为研究点,介绍了OBE理念;并从培养目标、教学理念、人才评价等三方面,提出了目前纺织经济人才培养中存在的问题;阐述了运用OBE理念在纺织经济人才培养过程中的优势;提出了OBE理念下纺织经济人才协同培养体系的建设内容,以期利用OBE理念培养更多优秀的纺织经济人才,从而推动纺织服装产业的发展与智能转型。With the rapid development of the textile and garment industry,my country has become the world's largest producer and exporter of textiles and garments.The vigorous development of the textile industry has accelerated the demand for various types of professionals.This paper takes the training system of textile economic talents as the research point,and introduces the concept of OBE;and puts forward the problems existing in the training of textile economic talents from three aspects:training objectives,teaching concepts,and talent evaluation;expounds the application of OBE concept in textile economics Advantages in the process of talent training;put forward the construction content of the textile economic talents collaborative training system under the OBE concept,in order to use the OBE concept to cultivate more outstanding textile economic talents,thereby promoting the development and intelligent transformation of the textile and garment industry.
