摘　　要：后工业时代出现了传统劳动向非物质劳动的转型。在奈格里和哈特看来,非物质劳动作为生命政治生产,不仅能生产出非物质产品,还能生产出社会关系和具有潜在解放力量的劳动主体。但实质上,在资本主义社会,非物质劳动没有摆脱资本的控制,资本把本来不属于劳动的要素纳入到劳动中,纳入到资本增殖的逻辑强制中,使之成为更加渗透到人的生命和生活领域的异化劳动。中国作为社会主义国家,需始终坚持发挥中国特色社会主义的制度优势,辩证发展非物质劳动,在激发劳动者创新创造能力的同时,使劳动真正成为促进人的自由全面发展的活动。The post-industrial era has seen the transformation from traditional labor to immaterial labor.According to Negri and Hart,immaterial labor,as biopolitical production,can not only produce immaterial products,but also produce social relations and labor subjects with potential liberation power.But in essence,in capitalist society,immaterial labor does not get rid of the control of capital.capital brings non-labor elements into labor,into the logical compulsion of capital multiplication,which makes alienation more permeable to human life and the sphere of life.As a socialist country,China should always give full play to the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics,develop immaterial labor dialectically,and make labor truly an activity that promotes people s free and all-round development while stimulating workers creativity.
