摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中Krüppel样因子4(KLF4)、过氧化物还原酶1(PRDX1)的表达及与临床特征的关系。方法收集70例胃癌患者的临床资料,取其胃癌组织及癌旁组织,比较KLF4、PRDX1表达情况,分析KLF4、PRDX1阳性表达情况与临床特征的关系。结果胃癌组织中KLF4阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织,PRDX1阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同临床分期、浸润程度、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况及远处转移情况胃癌患者的胃癌组织中KLF4阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);不同肿瘤直径、临床分期、浸润程度、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况及远处转移情况胃癌患者的胃癌组织中PRDX1阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论胃癌组织中KLF4表达明显降低,PRDX1表达明显升高,其促进了胃癌的发生和发展,可作为判断早期胃癌预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of Krüppel-like factor 4(KLF4)and peroxiredoxin 1(PRDX1)in gastric cancer tissues and their relationship with clinical characteristics.Method Clinical data of 70 patients with gastric cancer was collected.The gastric cancer tissues and para-cancerous tissues were obtained,the expression of KLF4 and PRDX1 were compared and the relationship of positive expression of KLF4 and PRDX1 with clinical characteristics were analyzed.Result The positive expression rate of KLF1 in gastric cancer tissues was lower and the positive expression rate of PRDX1 was higher than those in para-cancerous tissues(P<0.01).There were significant differences for the posi-tive expression rates of KLF4 in gastric cancer tissues with different clinical stages,infiltration degree,differentiation de-gree,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).There were significant differences for the positive expres-sion rates of PRDX1 in gastric cancer tissues with different tumor diameters,clinical stages,infiltration degree,differenti-ation degree,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of KLF4 in gastric can-cer tissue is significantly decreased,and the expression of PRDX1 increased,which promotes the occurrence and develop-ment of gastric cancer,and can be used as an indicator for the prognosis of early gastric cancer.
