摘 要:目的:探讨音乐疗法对儿童精神分裂症患者康复效果及认知功能影响。方法:选取我院2019-06~2020-10共收治80例精神分裂症患儿作为研究对象,将患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患儿应用常规抗精神病药物治疗和常规护理,观察组患儿在常规治疗与护理基础上应用音乐疗法,对比两组患儿的认知功能,对比两组患儿护理前后MomingSide康复状态(MRSS)评分、生活质量(GQOu-74)评分。结果:治疗6个月后观察组语言能力、视觉空间、即刻记忆、标准分、延迟记忆和、注意力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前MRSS评分、GQOu-74评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后两组患儿MRSS评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组患儿GQOu-74评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童精神分裂症患者应用音乐疗法能够明显提升患儿的认知功能,促进患儿康复状态提升,提高生活质量。Objective: To explore the effect of music therapy on rehabilitation and cognitive function of children with schizophrenia. Methods: 80 children with schizophrenia in our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine antipsychotics and routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with music therapy on the basis of routine treatment and nursing. The cognitive function of the two groups was compared, and the scores of moving side rehabilitation status(MRSS), social disability(SDSS) and quality of life(gqou-74) before and after nursing were compared.Results: after 6 months of nursing, the scores of language ability, visual space, immediate memory, standard score, delayed memory and attention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in MRSS score, SDSS score and gqou-74 score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). After nursing, the MRSS score and SDSS score of the two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the gqou-74 score of the two groups increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of music therapy in children with schizophrenia can significantly improve children’s cognitive function, promote children’s rehabilitation status, improve social function and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
