摘  要:柴达木盆地红三旱四号矿区位于柴达木盆地腹部,其背斜构造区的深层卤水为低钾、高钙、高钠、不饱和、高钙镁比(6.57∶1)的氯化钙型卤水,且硼、锂、溴、碘、锶含量相对较高,具有较高的综合利用价值。试验选取红三旱四号背斜构造区2850 m处深层卤水,在自然状态下蒸发结晶,分析各种离子在固、液相中的分布规律,以及盐类结晶规律和结晶形态及微量离子的富集规律。试验结果表明:在自然状态下蒸发时,主离子结晶路线石盐阶段与Na^(+)、K^(+)、Mg ^(2+)∥Cl^(-)—H_(2)O相图基本符合,光卤石、南极石阶段的结晶路线与K^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)∥Cl^(-)—H_(2)O体系25℃相图符合;微量离子Li^(+)、Br^(-)、I^(-)、B_(2)O_(3)一直富集,富集程度分别可达Li^(+)3.64 g/L、B_(2)O_(3)34.33 g/L、Br^(-)2.72 g/L、I^(-)1.07 g/L;Sr ^(2+)在蒸发后期有析出;实验过程中出现了异型结构的石盐、铵钾光卤石晶体和南极石晶体;实验结果可以为后期综合利用提供参考。Hongsanhan No.4 mining area in Qaidam Basin is located in the hinterland of Qaidam Basin.The deep brine in its anticline structural area is calcium chloride type brine with low potassium,high calcium,high sodium,unsaturated and high calcium magnesium ratio(6.57∶1),and the content of boron,lithium,bromine,iodine and strontium is relatively high,which has high comprehensive utilization value.The deep brine at 2850 m in Hongsanhan No.4 anticline structure area was selected to evaporate and crystallize in natural state,and the distribution of various ions in solid and liquid phases,as well as salt crystallization,crystal morphology and enrichment of trace ions were analyzed.The experimental results showed that:during evaporation in natural state indoor,the phase diagram of main ion crystallization route in halite phase is basically consistent with that of Na^(+)、K^(+)、Mg ^(2+)∥Cl^(-)—H_(2)O,and that of sylvite,carnallite and Antarctic phase is consistent with that of K^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)∥Cl^(-)—H_(2)O phase diagram at 25℃;Trace ions Li^(+)、Br^(-)、I^(-)、B_(2)O_(3) are enriched all the time,and the enrichment degree can reach Li^(+)3.64 g/L、B_(2)O_(3)34.33 g/L、Br^(-)2.72 g/L、I^(-)1.07 g/L;Sr^(2+)precipitates in the later stage of evaporation;In the course of the experiment,Some special-shaped crystals,such as stone salt,ammonium potassium carnallite and antarctic stone,appeared;The test results can provide a reference for later comprehensive utilization.
