摘　　要：本文介绍了隔膜压滤机的工作原理和在酱油压榨中的工艺流程,针对工艺流程分析了影响生产产量和质量的因素,并对影响产量和质量的因素开展了正、负相关性研究。根据研究对隔膜压滤机的选型给出了指导意见。This paper describes the working principle of the diaphragm filter press and the process flow in the soy sauce press,analyzes the factors affecting production yield and quality according to the technological process,and carried out positive and negative correlation research on factors that affect production and quality.According to the study,the selection of the diaphragm filter press gives guidance.
