摘 要:目的探讨微型种植体支抗在牙齿畸形治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月—2020年12月河南省某医院收治的80例牙齿畸形患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采取传统矫正治疗。观察组患者采取微型种植体支抗治疗。比较2组患者治疗3个月时治疗效果;比较2组患者治疗前及治疗3个月时咀嚼功能及龈沟液中一氧化氮(NO)、细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP2)水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者咬合力、咀嚼效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月时,2组患者咬合力大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月时,2组患者咀嚼效率高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者龈沟液中NO、ICAM-1、MMP2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月时,2组患者龈沟液中NO、ICAM-1、MMP2水平均高于治疗前,但观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗可有效改善牙齿畸形患者咀嚼功能,减轻龈沟炎症反应,且不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application of micro-implant anchorage in the treatment of dental deformity.Methods A total of 80 patients with deformities admitted to a hospital in Henan Province from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as subjects,who were assigned to an observation group and a control group via the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received traditional orthodontic treatment.The patients in the observation group received micro-implant anchorage.The efficacy was compared between the two groups at 3 months after treatment;the masticatory function and the levels of nitric oxide(NO),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP2)in the gingival sulcus fluid were compared between the two groups before and after treatment at 3 months.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(72.50%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency between the 2 groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the occlusal force of patients in the 2 groups was greater than that before treatment,with the observation group greater than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency of patients in the 2 groups was higher than that before treatment,with the observation group higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of NO,ICAM-1 and MMP2 in the gingival sulcus fluid between the 2 groups of patients(P>0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the levels of NO,ICAM-1,and MMP2 in the gingival sulcus fluid of the patients in the 2 groups were higher than those before treatment,with the observation group lower than in the control group,and the differences were all s
