摘 要:采用弹匣式系统(CBS)喷涂机器人进行静电喷涂可以有效提高水性漆喷涂的上漆率,并减少污染排放。为了充分利用弹匣系统和喷涂机器人的工作节拍并减少能耗,根据CBS喷涂机器人系统的原理及组成,阐述了弹匣系统和喷涂机器人并行工作的过程,并对弹匣的清洗填充节拍时序、实际的清洗溶剂和油漆损耗做了详细的分析;同时根据油漆的不同喷涂耗量计算了填充速度对最小生产节拍的影响,对实际的整车涂装线上输调漆系统及喷涂机器人的应用设计提供了依据和参考。Electrostatic painting with cartridge bell system(CBS) robot can effectively improve the paint rate of water-based paint and reduce pollution emissions. In order to make full use of the cartridge paint robot system and reduce the energy consumption,according to the principle and composition of the cartridge bell paint robot system,the parallel working process of the cartridge bell system and paint robot is expounded,and the cleaning and filling sequence is explained. The cycle time,consumption of solvent and paint loss are analyzed in detail. Also,the influence of filling speed on the minimum production cycle is calculated according to the different spraying consumption of paint. It provides a basis and reference for the application design of the actual vehicle coating line and paint robot.
