教学合格评估背景下财管专业的特色建设研究--以四川工商学院为例

摘　　要：在教学合格评估背景下,若要实现财管专业的特色建设,川工商财管专业应依据评估要求与实际情况,采用质性研究法把该专业特色界定为教学、论文、就业,用归纳演绎法搭建以OBE理念为导向的“三位一体”路径,实现课程、实践、师资协调发展,稳步提升教学质量;以赛、以研促教,立足地方服务当地凸显论文特色;多样举措保就业,融入地方强能力。同时,要注意实施过程中应注意的事项,合理安排、有序实施,使川工商财管专业能够真正实现立足地方服务地方,培养具有综合素质和技能的应用型人才。In order to realize the characteristic construction of financial management specialty,the features of financial management of Sichuan Technology and Business University should be defined as teaching,thesis and employment by qualitative research method according to the evaluation requirements and actual situation under the background of teaching qualification assessment.The"trinity"path guided by OBE concept is constructed by inductive and deductive method so as to realize the coordinated development of curriculum,practice and teachers,and steadily improve the quality of teaching.Meanwhile,competition and research can promote teaching.Based on local services,it highlights the characteristics of the thesis.Various measures are taken to ensure employment in local enterprises.At the same time,attention should be paid to the implementation process,reasonable arrangement and orderly implementation.Therefore,financial management of STBU can truly cultivate application-oriented talents with comprehensive quality and skills based on local services.
