摘  要:目的探讨HSP27、HK10及HMGA2对卵巢癌的鉴别诊断及病情评估价值。方法选取224例卵巢癌患者,采用免疫组化法检测HSP27、HK10及HMGA2蛋白的表达,分析其与卵巢癌临床病理特征的关系等。结果卵巢癌组织HSP27、HK10及HMGA2阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);HSP27、HK10及HMGA2阳性表达率临床分期Ⅱ~Ⅲ期、低分化癌者较高(P<0.05);Cox比例风险模型多因素分析显示,临床分期、HSP27阳性表达、HK10阳性表达及HMGA2阳性表达均是卵巢癌复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论HSP27、HK10及HMGA2在卵巢癌中高表达,同时与高临床分期及低分化程度密切相关,并可作为预后指标来评估患者的复发情况,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the value of HSP27,HK10 and HMGA2 in the differential diagnosis and disease assessment of ovarian cancer.Methods 224 ovarian cancer patients were selected,and the expression of HSP27,HK10 and HMGA2 proteins were examined by immunohistochemistry,and their relationship with the clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression of HSP27,HK10 and HMGA2 in ovarian cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paraneoplastic tissues(P<0.05);The proportion of patients with positive expression of HSP27,HK10 and HMGA2 was higher in clinical stageⅡ~Ⅲand poorly differentiated cancers(P<0.05);Multi-factor analysis of Cox proportional risk model showed that clinical stage,HSP27 positive expression,HK10 positive expression and HMGA2 positive expression were all independent risk factors for recurrence of ovarian cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion HSP27,HK10 and HMGA2 were highly expressed in ovarian cancer,and also closely correlated with high clinical stage and low differentiation,and can be used as prognostic indicators to assess the recurrence of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
