摘　　要：目的分析垂体瘤患者术后复发的相关危险因素。方法选取行手术治疗的垂体瘤患者96例作为研究对象,通过自制《垂体瘤患者术后复发影响因素》调查问卷收集患者性别、年龄、内分泌体征、术后并发症、垂体卒中、肿瘤大小、侵袭性、病理类型、手术方式、手术切除程度、辅助治疗、视野缺损信息,分析垂体瘤患者术后复发情况及影响因素。结果本组96例垂体瘤患者,术后复发16例,未复发80例,复发率16.67%(16/96);肿瘤大小、有无侵袭性、手术切除程度、有无辅助治疗是影响垂体瘤患者术后复发的单因素(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,肿瘤>30 mm、存在侵袭性、部分切除、无辅助治疗是垂体瘤患者术后复发的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤>30 mm、存在侵袭性、部分切除、无辅助治疗是垂体瘤患者术后复发的危险因素,而明确垂体瘤患者术后复发的危险因素,可对患者进行有效术后复发风险评估,减少术后复发率。Objective To analyze the risk factors for postoperative recurrence of pituitary tumor.Methods 96 patients with pituitary tumor who underwent surgical treatment were selected as the research object.Through our homemade"postoperatively in patients with pituitary adenoma recurrence factors questionnaire to collect patients'gender,age,endocrine symptoms,complications,pituitary apoplexy,tumor size,aggressive,pathological type,operation method,the degree of surgical resection,adjuvant therapy,the visual field defect information,analysis of postoperative recurrence in patients with pituitary adenoma and influencing factors.Results Of the 96 patients with pituitary tumor,there were 16 cases of recurrence and 80 cases of no recurrence,the recurrence rate was 16.67%(16/96).Tumor size,invasiveness,surgical resection degree and adjuvant therapy were the single factors influencing postoperative recurrence of pituitary tumor(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that tumor>30mm,invasive,partial resection,and no adjuvant therapy were the risk factors for postoperative recurrence of pituitary tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion Tumor>30mm,invasive,partial resection,and no adjuvant therapy are the risk factors for postoperative recurrence in patients with pituitary tumor.To clarify the risk factors for postoperative recurrence in patients with pituitary tumor can effectively evaluate the risk of postoperative recurrence,and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
