摘  要:医学生的医德关系着广大人民的生命健康,也是衡量一个国家医疗卫生人才水平的重要依据。医学院校通过医德教育,帮助医学生养成高尚医德是培养新时代“五术”医学人才的重要内容。通过问卷调研发现,医德教育仍存在重视不够、德育课程不足、教学手段单一等问题。基于朱熹“尊德、修德、明德”的德育核心思想,提出医德教育的三个主要途径:立德树人、德育为先;立志涵养、正心诚意;治人明德、致知力行。Medical students'morality matters people's life and health as well measures a nation's medical and health quality.It is an important request for medical colleges to strengthen moral education so as to train medical talents with both professional medical skills and high morality.Through questionnaire investigation,it is found that currently moral education of medical students still encounters difficulties such as insufficient emphasis,limited moral courses and confined teaching approach.Based on Zhu Xi's moral education philosophy,this study suggests strengthening medical moral education through the following methods:putting moral education first,cultivating morality sincerely and carrying forward good virtues in practice.
