儿童牙科全麻术后失访情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的统计儿童牙科全麻术后失访情况并分析其影响因素。方法采取电话回访的方式,筛选出2020年5-12月于郑州大学第一附属医院儿童口腔科行牙科全麻手术的61例患儿为研究对象,要求临床资料完整。对研究对象家长进行问卷调查,了解失访原因。将研究对象分为失访组和未失访组,对影响因素进行单因素分析,结果有差异的因素纳入logistic回归分析。结果27例发生失访,失访率为44.26%,年龄(4.09±0.79)岁;多因素回归分析显示居住地远、家庭收入低均为发生失访的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论牙科全麻术后失访发生率较高,家庭地区、有无全身性疾病和家庭月收入影响患儿术后失访状况。专业医生应加强相关调查,建立相应的术后随访机制;家长应提升儿童口腔保健意识,共同帮助患儿建立良好的口腔健康环境。Objective To count children loss of follow-up after dental general anesthesia and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 61 children who underwent general dental anesthesia in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May to December 2020 were selected as the research objects by telephone follow-up,and clinical data were required to be complete.The questionnaire survey was conducted among the parents of the subjects,and the reasons for the loss of follow-up were analyzed.The research objects were divided into the lost follow-up group and the non-lost follow-up group.Univariate analysis was conducted on the influencing factors,and the significantly different results were included in logistic regression analysis.Results Twenty-seven patients(44.26%)were lost to follow-up,with an age of(4.09±0.79)years.Multivariate regression analysis showed that distance of residence and low family incomes were risk factors for loss of follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of loss of follow-up after dental general anesthesia is high,distance,systemic diseases and monthly incomes of the family affect the loss of follow-up after dental general anesthesia.Professional doctors should strengthen the investigation and establish the corresponding postoperative mechanism.Parents should enhance the awareness of children’s oral health care,and jointly help children to establish a good oral health environment.
