摘  要:目的研究复盘操作在全科住院医师规范化培训学员接诊患者环节中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2020年6月在漯河市中心医院消化内科接受住院医师规范化培训的126名全科学员为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(63名)、对照组(63名)。试验组在接诊患者环节接受复盘操作的临床带教,对照组则接受传统带教方法。比较两组学员带教前后查体成绩、临床思维成绩、医患沟通评分及学员教学过程评价表和教师带教满意度调查表评分。结果两组学员接受临床带教前查体成绩、临床思维成绩及医患沟通成绩差异均无统计学意义(P=0.349、P=0.089、P=0.289)。两组学员接受临床带教后查体成绩、临床思维成绩及医患沟通成绩差异均无统计学意义(P=0.053、P=0.921、P=0.969)。参加临床带教后两组各项成绩均有所提高,且试验组与对照组查体成绩及临床思维成绩提高差异具有统计学意义(P=0.041、P=0.015)。试验组学员对教学过程评价等级整体高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.049)。带教老师对试验组学员带教过程满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论复盘操作对住院医师规范化培训全科学员接诊能力的提高具有积极作用,并且可以提升教师和学员对教学过程的满意度。Objective To discuss the effects of review and summary in the receiving patient link of standardized residency training for general practitioners.Methods A total of 126 residents who received standardized residency training in the Department of Gastroenterology of Central Hospital of Luohe from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group(63 cases)and control group(63 cases)by random number table method.The students in the experimental group received new teaching methods include review and summary while the control group received traditional instruction.The scores of physical examination,clinical thinking,doctor-patient communication ability tests before and after training and satisfaction degree between teachers and students were compared.Results There were no statistical differences in physical examination scores,clinical thinking scores and doctor-patient communication scores between the two groups students before receiving clinical teaching(P=0.349,P=0.089,P=0.289).There were no statistical differences in physical examination,clinical thinking and doctor-patient communication between the two groups after receiving clinical teaching(P=0.053,P=0.921,P=0.969).After participating in clinical teaching,the scores of the two groups were improved,and the differences in physical examination scores and clinical thinking scores between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant(P=0.041,P=0.015).Students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching progress than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).The teachers in the experimental group think better of teaching process than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion The new teaching methods include review and summary has a positive effect on the improvement of the admission ability of residents in standardized residency training,and can improve the satisfaction of tea
