摘　　要：目的探讨长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)核受体亚家族2组F成员2(NR2F2)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法收集2015年9月-2018年7月在西安国际医学中心医院接受手术治疗胰腺癌患者的临床资料,采用RT-PCR法检测胰腺癌组织及癌旁组织中lncRNA NR2F2的相对表达量。采用χ2检验分析lncRNA NR2F2表达水平与各临床特征的关系;采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,并比较lncRNA NR2F2高表达组与低表达组患者的3年生存率;采用Cox回归分析影响胰腺癌患者预后的危险因素。结果与癌旁组织比较,lncRNA NR2F2在胰腺癌组织中高表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。lncRNA NR2F2高表达组患者3年生存率低于低表达组,预后较差(P<0.05)。肿瘤病理(TNM)分期、淋巴结转移、lncRNA NR2F2高表达是胰腺癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论lncRNA NR2F2在胰腺癌患者组织中高表达,是胰腺癌预后独立危险因素,可能是胰腺癌患者预后标志物和治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of lncRNA NR2F2 in pancreatic cancer tissues and its relation with prognosis of patients.Methods The expression of lncRNA NR2F2 was detected in cancer tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues of patients with pancreatic cancer by RT-PCR.The relationship between lncRNA NR2F2 expression levels and clinicopathological parameter was analyzed byχ2 test.Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between lncRNA NR2F2 expression levels and prognosis of patients;univariate and multivariate Cox regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients.Results The expression of lncRNA NR2F2 in pancreatic cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in pericancerous tissues(P<0.05).The survival rate of patients with high lncRNA NR2F2 expression was lower than that with low expression(P<0.05).The results of Cox analysis indicated that TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,and high lncRNA NR2F2 expression were independent risk factors for the unfavorable prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion lncRNA NR2F2 is highly expressed in patients with pancreatic cancer,and is an independent risk factor for the poorer prognosis of pancreatic cancer,indicating that lncRNA NR2F2 may be used as a prognostic marker and therapeutic target for patients with pancreatic cancer.
