123例乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗依从性和健康相关生活质量调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我院乳腺癌患者的内分泌治疗依从性、健康相关生活质量,以及两者的相关性,为药师干预以提高患者用药依从性提供切入点。方法:收集我院乳腺外科门诊2021年7—12月接受内分泌治疗的乳腺癌患者资料,通过调查问卷、现场访谈和电话/微信随访等方式对患者的用药情况进行调查和分析。结果:共纳入123例乳腺癌患者,用药依从性评分为(6.63±1.22)分,总体用药依从性中等,其中用药依从性好、中等和差的患者比例分别为26.0%、50.4%和23.6%。内分泌治疗的常见不良反应包括关节和肌肉骨骼痛、关节僵硬、潮热等。患者的健康相关生活质量是内分泌治疗依从性的影响因素。结论:药师可运用专业知识提供个体化药学服务,通过开展用药教育、不良反应监测及管理等多种方式提高患者的用药依从性。Objective:To analyze the current situation and correlation between endocrine therapy compliance and health-related quality of life of breast cancer patients in our hospital and provide an entry point for pharmacists to participate in the improvement of medication compliance of the patients.Methods:The data from the breast cancer patients treated with endocrine therapy from July to December,2021 in the breast surgery clinic of our hospital were collected,and the medication status of the patients was investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaires,on-site interviews and telephone/WeChat follow-up.Results:A total of 123 breast cancer patients met the survey conditions and were included in the study.The patient’s medication compliance score was 6.63±1.22 and the overall medication compliance was moderate,in which the proportions of patients with good,moderate and poor medication compliance were 26.0%,50.4%and 23.6%,respectively.Common adverse reactions of endocrine therapy included joint and musculoskeletal pain,joint stiffness and hot flashes.Patient health-related quality of life was an influencing factor of endocrine therapy compliance.Conclusion:Pharmacists can use their professional knowledge to provide individualized pharmaceutical services and improve patients’medication compliance by carrying out medication education,monitoring and management of adverse reactions and other means.
