摘 要:为深入研究双渐开线齿轮的动态性能,基于ADAMS建立了双渐开线齿轮虚拟样机,对比分析了同参数、同工况下双渐开线齿轮与普通渐开线齿轮转速波动、齿面接触力的变化规律,研究了齿腰分阶参数对双渐开线齿轮动态性能的影响,并将理论值与仿真值进行对比分析,验证了仿真结果的准确性。研究结果表明:双渐开线齿轮的动态性能在一定程度上优于同参数、同工况的普通渐开线齿轮,与齿腰切向变位系数相比,齿腰高度系数对双渐开线齿轮的动态性能影响较大,合理选择齿腰分阶参数能进一步改善双渐开线齿轮的动态性能。该研究可为双渐开线齿轮的优化设计提供依据。In order to further study the dynamic performance of double involute gears,in this paper,the virtual prototype of double involute gear is established based on ADAMS,a comparative analysis of the speed fluctuations and tooth surface contact force changes between double involute gears and ordinary involute gears under the same parameters and the same working conditions,the influence of gear waist step parameters on the dynamic performance of double involute gears is studied.The theoretical value and the simulation value are verified to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.The research results show that the dynamic performance of double involute gears is better than ordinary involute gears with the same parameters and the same working conditions to a certain extent.Compared with the tooth waist tangential modification coefficient,the tooth waist height coefficient has a greater influence on the dynamic performance of the double involute gear.Reasonable setting of the gear waist step parameters can further improve the dynamic performance of the double involute gear and provide a basis for the optimal design of the double involute gear.
