摘 要:体育课程是高等院校的公共课,对大学生的体质健康发展至关重要。高等院校体育教育的任务是增强学生的身体素质,培养学生终身体育的意识。高等院校开展体育课程的混合式教学,能够有效激发学生对体育运动的热爱之情,调动学生主动参与体育锻炼的积极性,为大学生体质健康发展奠定基础。体育课程混合式教学能够有效加强师生互动,改变学生的学习态度,使学生养成积极健康的生活习惯。文章通过深入分析高校体育教学存在的不足,探究高校体育课程教学改革模式,旨在满足大学生的体育课程学习需求,有效提高大学生的体质健康水平,促进大学生的体质健康发展,并为高校体育课程改革提供参考。As a public basic course in colleges and universities, physical education is very important for the healthy development of college students’ physical quality. The task of physical education in colleges and universities is to improve students’ physical quality and train them to form the consciousness of lifelong physical education. Through the blended teaching mode of physical education, colleges and universities can effectively stimulate students’ interest in sports, improve their initiative to participate in physical exercise, and lay a foundation for the healthy development of their physique. Through the blended teaching mode, the physical education curriculum greatly strengthens the interaction between teachers and students, changes students’ learning attitude, and enables students to develop a positive and healthy living habit. This paper deeply analyzed the shortcomings of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, and explored the teaching reform mode of the physical education curriculum in order to meet the learning needs of college students. Through the blended teaching mode,the physical education curriculum effectively improves the physical fitness level of college students, and plays a great role in promoting the healthy development of college students’ physical fitness. This research is aimed to provide research reference for the future development of physical education curriculum reform in colleges and universities.
